However, we understand that, on rare occasions, there may be a need for an exchange. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss the options. Any merchandise exchange must be requested and PRE-APPROVED within 5 days of receipt of the item. Absolutely no refunds or adjustments will be made on shipping fees. Customer pays all shipping costs including any insurance and special handling fees. Any items returned for exchange without proper authorization will be refused. We do not accept exchanges for any reason of shipments outside of the United States and Canada. Items that are special order will not be exchanged.
